Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or third-party risk within a regulated global environment.
  • Expertise in OSFI B-10 compliance or similar regulatory frameworks; experience interfacing with regulators.
  • Proven success leading large, diverse teams across geographies.
  • Strong background in process optimization, operational excellence, and AI-driven risk management.
  • Proficiency with workflow and risk tools (Ivalua, ProcessUnity, Archer or similar).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and accountability mindset.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to thrive in a matrixed global environment.

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.

  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.

  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
