The Role

We’re seeking a visionary Global AI Tech Strategy Offering Manager  to build, grow, and lead our technology strategy practice. You’ll be responsible for defining the offering’s market position, shaping go-to-market strategy, developing IP and methodologies, and leading transformational client engagements across industries.

As a senior member of our team, you’ll act as a market-facing expert and internal champion balancing strategic thought leadership with hands-on delivery and team development. You’ll help our clients navigate the rapidly evolving technology landscape, from cloud to AI to digital platforms, and leverage agentic AI to design adaptive, autonomous solutions that proactively drive innovation and business outcomes.

Essential Skills, Duties & Responsibilities: 

Offering Leadership

  • Define, evolve, and scale the firm’s Tech Strategy offering: services, value proposition, delivery models, and partnerships.

  • Develop reusable frameworks, AI tools, and accelerators infused with agentic AI capabilities to improve delivery quality and speed.

  • Monitor market trends and emerging AI paradigms to ensure offering relevance and differentiation.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Drive GTM strategy in collaboration with business development, marketing, and country account teams.

  • Identify growth opportunities across verticals and geographies, positioning agentic AI as a strategic differentiator.

  • Represent the firm externally through thought leadership, keynotes, panels, and publications on next-generation AI and technology strategy.

Client Leadership & Delivery

  • Serve as executive sponsor and strategic advisor on critical tech strategy engagements.

  • Lead client discussions around technology modernization, IT operating model, cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, and agentic AI-driven automation.

  • Ensure client satisfaction, quality delivery, and long-term relationship growth.

Capability Building

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of strategists, architects, and consultants.

  • Establish training programs, knowledge-sharing forums, and mentoring opportunities focused on agentic AI and emerging technologies.

  • Champion a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Collaborate with hyperscaler and ecosystem partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake) to co-create and deliver modern AI solutions.

Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience with a blend of tech strategy, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and product managment.

  • Proven experience scaling a service offering or practice area within a consulting or professional services firm.

  • Deep expertise in areas like enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, digital platforms, data & analytics, or IT governance.

  • Track record of building CxO relationships and delivering at the executive level.

  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management across business and technical domains.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in a technical or business field; MBA or MS preferred.

  • Prior experience in a top-tier strategy or tech firm.

  • 10+ years of experience leading data, analytics, and AI transformation programs within consulting, technology services, or enterprise organizations.

  • Proven experience building and modernizing data platforms on cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

  • Strong expertise in machine learning, generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning), and emerging agentic AI applications.

  • Deep understanding of data strategy, architecture, governance, and engineering practices.

  • Demonstrated success in engaging business stakeholders and translating AI innovation into measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong sales and client engagement skills — ability to define value propositions and lead executive discussions.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

This position requires the employee to work on a regular basis with Kyndryl stakeholders located in other Canadian provinces, the United States, or internationally where English is the common language, making knowledge of the English language a requirement for this position.
