Job Description:

Leadership & Développement des Équipes

Diriger, coacher et motiver une équipe de vente régionale afin d’atteindre et dépasser les objectifs commerciaux.

Effectuer des visites terrain régulières, des évaluations de performance et des sessions de coaching pour soutenir le développement et la responsabilisation.

Identifier les lacunes de compétences et mettre en place des plans de développement ciblés pour renforcer les capacités et la performance de l’équipe.

Favoriser une culture positive et performante, fondée sur la collaboration, la transparence et l’amélioration continue.

Gestion des Ventes Régionales

Être responsable du plan de vente régional et livrer des résultats alignés sur la stratégie nationale.

Analyser les données commerciales et les tendances du marché afin d’identifier des opportunités de croissance et des menaces concurrentielles.

Assurer une prévision précise, une gestion efficace du pipeline et un reporting fiable de la performance régionale.

Développer et exécuter des initiatives stratégiques pour accroître la part de marché et atteindre les objectifs.

Collaboration Transversale

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du siège — Marketing, Opérations, Gestion de Produit et Finance — afin d’aligner les besoins régionaux avec les priorités organisationnelles globales.

Partager les insights régionaux, les retours clients et les informations concurrentielles pour influencer la stratégie et les décisions.

Soutenir les programmes nationaux, les lancements de produits et les activités promotionnelles dans la région.

Engagement Client & Marché

Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients clés, les partenaires de distribution et les comptes stratégiques.

Représenter l’organisation lors d’événements régionaux, conférences et revues d’affaires.

Garantir la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients grâce à une résolution efficace des problèmes et un engagement proactif.

Qualifications
  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience commerciale progressive (préférence pour le secteur des technologies médicales).
  • Expérience avérée dans le dépassement des objectifs de vente et la direction d’équipes performantes.
  • Solide sens des affaires avec la capacité d’interpréter les données et de transformer les insights en stratégie opérationnelle.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, coaching et organisation.
  • Capacité démontrée à collaborer efficacement dans un environnement matriciel.
  • Permis de conduire valide et capacité à voyager dans la région.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Own the regional sales plan and deliver results aligned with national strategy.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.

  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of regional performance.

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive market share and achieve quota.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with head office stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and Finance to align regional needs with broader organizational priorities.

  • Communicate regional insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to influence strategy and decision-making.

  • Support national programs, product launches, and promotional activities within the region.

Customer & Market Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and strategic accounts.

  • Represent the organization at regional events, conferences, and business reviews.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective problem resolution and proactive engagement.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive commercial experience (preference for medical technology)

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.
