The roleWe are looking for a highly capable Generalist Marketer who can help build Ture’s marketing function from the ground up.
You will work across content, campaigns, website optimization, email, social media, events, marketing operations, and demand generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and is equally comfortable creating a campaign strategy and publishing the individual assets needed to execute it.
You will not inherit a large team or a mature playbook. You will help build the playbook.
What you’ll doPlan and execute campaigns targeting HR leaders, workforce-program administrators, and other priority audiences.
Write and publish website pages, articles, emails, social content, customer stories, and sales materials.
Manage Ture’s editorial and campaign calendar.
Support paid and organic demand-generation experiments.
Build landing pages, forms, email sequences, and lead-nurture workflows.
Manage webinars, events, partnerships, and field-marketing activities.
Maintain marketing data, attribution, campaign reporting, and CRM hygiene.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Work with product marketing and sales to improve messaging and campaign performance.
Repurpose customer, product, and founder insights into useful content.
Test new channels and make evidence-based recommendations about where to invest.
Coordinate freelancers, agencies, designers, or other external contributors when needed.
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or a similar role.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, content-management, and design tools.
Ability to independently move work from idea to execution.
Comfortable balancing creative work with measurement and operational detail.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to work outside a narrow job description.
Experience at an early-stage SaaS company.
Experience marketing HR, recruiting, learning, benefits, or workforce products.
Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing-automation platform.
Experience with SEO, paid acquisition, webinars, and account-based marketing.
Basic visual-design, video-editing, or no-code website skills.
Within your first six months, you will have:
Established a consistent marketing operating rhythm.
Launched campaigns that create qualified conversations with prospective customers.
Improved the quality and consistency of Ture’s website and content.
Built reliable marketing reporting and lead-management processes.
Identified which channels and messages deserve greater investment.
