We provide cutting-edge Amazon business optimization software and tech-enabled agency services to help brands achieve top 10 category rankings and maintain their competitive edge with data-driven strategies. Our advanced automation enables us to dive deeper and broader than our competitors while our human expertise ensures we maintain control over qualitative business priorities and perfecting processes before automating them.


As we guide D8a Driven into its next phase of hyper-growth and innovation, we are searching for a General Manager who will bring fresh perspectives, refine our strategies, and lead with the vision needed to drive continued success. As General Manager, you would leverage your proven track record of success in Amazon experience to develop best-in-class products that support customer acquisition and retention for the Amazon Seller and Vendor community.

Your Impact

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse, high-performing cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Attract, hire, and retain top talent while creating an environment of empowerment and continuous learning, where each member feels valued and motivated to contribute their best and grow their skills.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Ability to develop a long-term and short term vision by establishing clear and measurable plans and goals that align with business objectives. Continuously evaluate performance against key performance indicators to drive meaningful business outcomes and sustainable growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Take a leadership role in cross-functional teams, actively contributing subject matter expertise and systems-thinking to drive data requirements and analyses linked to the teams’ goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients alongside our Customer Success Managers and ensure the retention and expansion of our clients. 
  • Market Insights & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics by attending industry events and visiting clients. Utilize analytical insights to optimize product performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product development, marketing, and sales to ensure a seamless customer experience, and to deliver products our users love and value. 

Your Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience with Amazon-related roles, including expertise with Amazon tools, managing brands, collaborating with agencies, or selling on Amazon and other marketplaces. You are deeply connected with the Amazon Seller and Vendor Community.
  • Stakeholder Management: You excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring everyone is kept informed and engaged. You can work with anyone and you can quickly and effectively assess what is important to any given stakeholder, and how to influence across reporting lines to ensure everyone is working in parallel to achieve the outcomes needed for the business.
  • Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively through various channels, ensuring understanding and engagement from diverse audiences. Your communication abilities, both verbal and written, are top-notch, enabling you to effectively convey complex ideas and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. 
  • Experienced Leader: Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring and managing high-performing teams. Your communication abilities, both verbal and written, are top-notch, enabling you to effectively convey complex ideas and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in unstructured environments and can quickly adapt to changes. You're comfortable introducing structure where needed and can navigate the complexity of a startup with ease.
