Role Overview


This is a hands-on production role focused on preparing finished aluminum systems for delivery. You will play a critical role in protecting high-value products before they leave our facility. While supporting the production floor, your primary responsibility is shipping preparation and wrapping, ensuring every unit arrives on-site clean, protected, and job-ready.

What You Bring to the Table


Technical Skills

  • Experience in shipping/manufacturing environments (industrial, construction, or similar preferred)
  • Comfortable working with heat tools and in a production environment
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Pays close attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in all tasks

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Secure units onto skids, racks, or trailers for transport
  • Apply industrial shrink wrap to large aluminum frames, assemblies, and crates
  • Operate heat guns/torches safely to achieve tight, weather-resistant finishes
  • Prepare materials for shipping (cleaning, taping, corner protection, labeling)
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Perform final visual checks to ensure no damage before shipment
  • Support shop flow by moving materials and staging work areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Assist other departments when needed
