Customers leverage Paidiem to attract, retain and redeploy top talent with our modern payment technology to scale your business, while we automate payments and reporting custom to your preferences.

We're building our teams and will regularly be looking for individuals in the following areas: 

  • Full stack web app development (PERN stack; AWS)
  • Product Management
  • UI / UX / User Research / Design 
  • Customer Success / Account Management
  • SaaS Software Sales
  • Payment Operations (payroll; compliance)

Our goal is to review and respond to all applicants; however, please note there may be a delay due to the volume of interest. 

Qualifications

We look for a diverse set of skills and experiences. As an early phase start up, we do prefer individuals who have experiences in the 'start up' to 'build up' environments, or who have directly related experiences in the SaaS space with staffing or talent platforms or fintech solutions. 

Additionally, we look for the following qualities in our team members: 

  • Experience working with a high growth B2B or B2B2C SaaS company
  • Demonstrated curiosity, flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work equally well with our customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and experience working in an agile software development environment.
