Job Description

This role is a 2-month contract and reports into the Director, Treasury & Credit Management.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following duties/tasks:

  • Reviewing and cataloguing physical documents
  • Scanning documents to shared drives for easy accessibility
  • Maintaining an effective filing system, both electronic and physical
  • Communicating and interacting with internal contacts
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 3 months’ administrative experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
