Job Description

This role is a 2-month contract and reports into the Director, Treasury & Credit Management.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following duties/tasks:

Reviewing and cataloguing physical documents
Scanning documents to shared drives for easy accessibility
Maintaining an effective filing system, both electronic and physical
Communicating and interacting with internal contacts
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

At least 3 months’ administrative experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
