As a GenAI Consulting Associate, you will advise customers on implementing Generative AI, analyze workflows, prioritize use cases, and lead training courses while collaborating with other teams to enhance customer relationships and business value.
We’re seeking a purpose-driven and innovative Associate who will focus on advising our customers on implementing Generative AI.
As a high-growth scale-up that works remotely with brands like Meta, Amazon, and Salesforce, we are uniquely positioned to transform the Generative AI capabilities of our customer portfolio of 450+ brands.
Joining our newly formed Generative AI function, you will help our customers identify and prioritize use cases for GenAI, implement customized tools, and upskill their organization. This role is fundamental to advancing our customers’ creative capabilities into a new era.
What you'll do:
- Leverage your expertise to guide our customers in the successful implementation of Generative AI into their workflows
- Lead activities such as analyzing existing workflows and how AI can impact them, prioritizing use cases to guide our customers in their transformation, aligning with key stakeholders
- Lead upskilling training courses and change management workshops for the integration of Generative AI into their workforce
- Configure and implement Generative AI tools for our customers, including custom GPTs, MidJourney prompt libraries
- Collaborate with creative services teams and dedicated account teams to successfully grow and develop our accounts
- Partner with our customers on an ongoing basis, building trust through AI-driven creative delivery to increase their business value
- Develop and position yourself as an AI thought leader within the creative industry
What You'll Need To Succeed :
- BA/B.Sc. or higher in relevant fields incl. Design, Creative, Business, Technology
- Strategy consulting experience from either work or internships at MBB consulting firm
- Exposure to technology-driven transformations and/or marketing transformations is desirable
- A passion for generative AI in creative and marketing
- Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detail
- High level of knowledge and craft in generative AI to provide top-notch design and direction
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset
