Your Impact 


The GALE Development Program is a hands-on program that will set you upon the path of a career in business and marketing strategy development. Candidates will be exposed to advanced strategy techniques, client engagement, business strategy, enhanced communications and marketing channels. You will gain hands-on learning within a strategy cohort focusing on actual solutions for clients. This knowledge will set you upon a path to ideate, plan, deploy and deliver an assortment of strategic offerings through a broad business acumen. This program will start on June 3rd, 2025.


PROGRAM STRUCTURE:


During your first three months, you will learn the fundamentals of media, creative, CRM and/or business strategy. Upon completion of the learning phase, you will be placed into a strategy analyst pool that supports strategy teams across clients for the remainder of the year to hone your skills in strategy. You will be paired with a Strategy mentor to further support your development. At the end of the Development Program, you will pursue an Associate position in the Strategy domain.

What you will be doing

  • First 3 months - Learning
  • Learn the fundamentals of strategy ideation and planning, building strategic frameworks and activating these strategies.
  • Collaborate across strategy disciplines at GALE (media, CRM, creative, and business strategy) to learn how strategy concepts are deployed specific to these areas.
  • Understand the difference between marketing strategies and business focused strategies.
  • Learn how GALE’s strategy teams advise and guide internal, cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrate your ability to collaborate, use existing resources, and integrate what you’ve learned in a Capstone Project. 

  • Final 9 months - Mentorship
  • Collaborate with multiple disciplines (e.g., data science, tech, design) to deliver powerful integrated strategy work.
  • Frame the data/available information in a manner to support effective insights gathering.
  • Translate and structure hypotheses from the team into a story.
  • Support RFP efforts through specific desk research and referencing best-in-class GALE deliverables.
  • Conduct analysis to understand the client’s business model, customers, industry, and competitors.
  • Manage competing priorities, deliverables, and timelines to exceed client expectations.
