Job Skills/Necessary knowledge of:

1. 10+ Years of relevant experience to manage / oversee test team in the delivery of test planning, test preparation and test execution activities in adherence to standards for system testing

2. Oversee creation of testing strategies, plans and project documentation using risk analysis methodologies and tools, aligning with development approach/methodology selected for the project

3. Manage creation, review and sign-off of testing documentation (e.g. test strategies, plans, schedule, cost estimates, test cases, dashboards, defect logs, test phase closure reports) and ensure all test artifacts adhere to testing standards and audit requirements

4. Understand and communicate testing impact of scope changes / project change requests to the project management team both from a timeline/cost and a risk perspective

5. Knowledge of principles, practices and IT processes appropriate to the development and stewardship of quality delivery

Special requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of QA methodology, best practices and processes while contributing to the direction for testing methods and tool selection

2. Coordinates and prioritizes multiple testing initiatives and champions the optimization of test activities across projects

3. Manages the development and implementation of new testing strategies and directives

4. Strong knowledge in project financial management and reporting

5. Knowledge of Channels(Web, Mobile, ATM, Contact Center) specific applications

Key responsibilities:

Participates in executing various infrastructure test execution and maintains Trace ability Matrix.• Responsible for reviewing the required test cases and test scripts before execution. • Test Defects analysis to provide the final defect summary• Participates in governance meetings.• Prepares and publish periodic status reports weekly, monthly as required.

Manage a team of Testing / QA professionals in providing a broad range of test services and solutions, ensuring established standards are met and planned objectives are achieved
