The PeopleSoft HCM/FSM Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of the organization's PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials/Supply Chain Management (FSCM/FSM) applications. This role provides Level 2/3 application support, troubleshoots and resolves production issues, delivers minor customizations and configuration changes, and ensures the stability, performance, and reliability of the PeopleSoft environment.

Working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT partners, the analyst gathers requirements, recommends solutions, and implements enhancements that support evolving business needs. The role includes developing and maintaining PeopleSoft objects such as PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker interfaces, SQRs, BI Publisher reports, and SQL scripts, while adhering to established development, security, and change management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support and issue resolution for PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy minor customizations, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Configure PeopleSoft functionality to meet business and operational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Integration Broker services, BI Publisher reports, SQRs, and SQL scripts.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, regulatory updates, and environment migrations.
  • Maintain security roles, user access, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and support testing activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and change management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of PeopleSoft technical support and development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL.
  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules in a production environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
  • Experience with FSCM modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases, PeopleSoft PUM updates, and application upgrades.
  • Experience with web services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can effectively balance operational support, technical development, and continuous improvement initiatives within the PeopleSoft ecosystem.
