Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and enterprise solutions that support the bank's digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, along with a passion for building high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot and Python frameworks.

Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative banking solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and secure code while adhering to enterprise development standards.

Integrate applications with databases and third-party systems.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization activities.

Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure seamless application delivery.

Contribute to solution design discussions and technical decision-making.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Qualifications

Backend Development

Strong hands-on experience in:

Java

Spring Boot

SQL and relational databases

Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.

Python Development

Experience with one or more Python frameworks:

Fast API

Flask

Django

Ability to build scalable backend services and integrations.

Frontend Development

Strong experience with:

JavaScript

TypeScript

ReactJS

Experience building modern, responsive, and reusable UI components.

Understanding of frontend performance optimization and state management.

Additional Skills

Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Generative AI technologies.

Willingness and enthusiasm to work on AI-led transformation initiatives.

Experience integrating AI services, LLMs, chatbots, or intelligent automation solutions.

Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, or related AI ecosystems.

Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domains.
