Salary Range: The annual salary for this position ranges from $42,250 - $51,750. Exact compensation may vary based on qualification, experience, and education.

We are ESC, an experienced provider that delivers solutions uniting public records data, customer authentication, corporate services, collateral management, asset recovery, and accounts receivable management which support registration, due diligence, and lending practices of clients across Canada. We are looking for a Front-End Representative to help with our continued growth and contribute to our future.

As the first point of contact in the file initiation stage, you’ll play a critical role in setting up new accounts and ensuring all required documentation is accurately processed and organized. From preparing reports and verifying vehicle information to uploading documents and maintaining filing systems, your attention to detail and organizational skills will help drive the success of our recovery operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiate new files and reports that are received electronically or in a few instances provided directly by the client. 
  • Populate a word document with account information to fax to bank centers to request documents. 
  • Upload received documents to a file in our web portal. 
  • Prepare, review, and edit reports, invoices, and documents with account-specific information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures before presenting them to clients.
  • Set up and maintain both electronic and manual filing systems, organizing records such as PPSA searches, conditional sale contracts, and related documents for easy retrieval and regulatory compliance.
  • Request and then upload the received PPSA search to a file in our web portal. 
  • Obtain and enter black book values into each file and verify the vehicle identification number (VIN). 
  • Enter several milestones associated with new files.   

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel) including typing is mandatory.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, and deal with interruptions and prioritize work
  • Goal oriented; ability to work in a metrics driven position
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.

Please note: This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement consisting of in-office and remote work.
