It is time and I need a person familiar with the music scene in Toronto I can trust who can support the vision, because if you love music, you know it is dynamic and fluid and needs a person who is comfortable in all situations. I can not babysit conversations and hurt feelings because when it comes to artists. They are special.
- Staffing - Temp and Contract workers
The staffing agency needs candidate care and coordination.
- Football - Indoor Arena Football League
The football league needs care and attention and administration and planning support.
My assistant needs to do the back end work with me and attend events and meetings and be able to be discreet, kind and bold, tough and able to speak their mind. This is the beginning of the growth of my business. I have sweated over for 2 years expanding with my three main passions.
Job Description:
- Use of Multiple Software Programs
- Use of all Social Media Platforms and best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, by text and video
- Ability to multi-task, organize and coordinate multiple tasks at multiple times
- Available, days evening's and weekend's as needed
- Able to travel across Canada and into the USA with no travel restrictions and holds a valid passport.
- Able to drive, has their own vehicle and license
- Fully versatile and fluent in using Mac products
- Budgeting
- Expenses
- Working with the Accountant
- Working with the lawyer
- Working with the Marketing Team, Video Team and Merch Team
- Event Planning
Requirements
Main Soft Skill Requirements:
Good strong knowledge and love of football CFL, NFL and Arena ball.
Good strong knowledge of the Toronto and Canadian Music Industry and Rap Scene mainly.
Good and strong knowledge of diversity, culture and languages with an open mind and kind mind when it comes to employing people from all walks of life in all regions of Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by managing schedules, events, meetings and schedules.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy and organization, composition, website and social media updates
- Assist with bookkeeping and customer service tasks, including managing QuickBooks and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate with all vendors, clients and associates
