About the Role

As Founding Partner Success Manager, you'll be the bridge between our Accountant partners and Kick's internal Partnerships, Operations and Product teams. In this role, you will serve as the voice of the Accountant and function as the subject-matter expert transforming their firms to be AI-native. This is your chance to disrupt a category-leader that Accountants aren't happy with, make accounting partners successful, and write the the 0-1 partnership playbook.

You will
  • Develop the playbook for Accountant Partner growth and activation
  • Design repeatable processes across the entire Accountant journey from education
  • Partner across CX, Sales and Partnerships to deliver a world-class experience for our Accountant partners.
  • Become a product expert and help Accountants use Kick effectively; assisting them through the trial, activation and expansion phases.
  • Act as the voice of the Accountant and provide clear, structured feedback to the Product, Engineering and AI teams.
  • Track and optimize key metrics around activation rates, pipeline growth and expansion velocity.
  • Grow into leadership by proving the model, then helping hire, mentor, and scale our Accountant GTM.
We're looking for someone who
  • Proven 3-5+ years track record of managing relationships and building processes from 0 to 1.
  • Advanced business qualifications or experience (CPA or degree in Accounting)
  • SaaS and startup experience; you take ownership and do your best work in a fast-paced and adaptive environment
  • Experience working with and supporting a technical audience; bonus if you have previous experience working with or selling to accountants or finance
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Has the ambition to shape a team: instilling culture, mentoring teammates, and building the foundation for a best-in-class GTM organization.

  • Empathy for entrepreneurs through experience as a Founder or being self-employed.
Location

In person, 4 days/week, at our dedicated downtown Toronto office.

What We Offer
  • CAD $180,000–$235,000 OTE with uncapped commission, plus generous equity
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision for you and your family
