For web3 to get into the hands of mainstream users, there cannot be exploits that steal millions of dollars in a single atomic transaction. The current exploit detection and response solutions are not sufficient to keep billions of dollars secure. We believe a combination of research-based and data-driven detection solutions and a novel response solution will leapfrog the industry forward in the battle against exploiters.

Responsibilities
- Sales: As a founding team growth hire, you will support top-of-funnel demos and post-conversion success, working directly with the CEO on founder-led sales toward product-market fit.
- Sales: Bring sales techniques, experience, and network to grow Guardrail’s customer count and value to the next level.
- Content & Marketing: Create momentum across key narratives for Guardrail by building a content strategy and partnering closely with the CEO and CTO.
- Wear many hats: bring diverse ideas and perspectives and contribute to building a high-performing team culture at Guardrail.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing complex, business function workloads like Product, Sales, Strategy
- Interest in Blockchain, Security, and experience working with technical stakeholders in previous roles
- Characteristics we emphasize for this role: detail-oriented, communication (written & oral), and critical thinking (asking questions)
- Ability to handle the breadth of scope as a founding member of the company
- Interested in technical concepts: security, blockchain, decentralized finance: all these topics are inherently technical and having an interest in analytical thinking/problem solving.
