Flutter Developer - Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of professional mobile development experience and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework. Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement sophisticated user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and production-ready code following best practices and coding standards
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across different devices, OS versions, and network conditions
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs, SDKs, and services into mobile applications

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Minimum 4-6 years of professional mobile application development experience
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart programming language
• Proven track record of developing and shipping production-grade mobile applications on iOS and Android
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, Provider, River-pod, etc.), and architectural principles
• Strong expertise with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration of backend services
• Advanced proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Extensive experience with mobile app testing frameworks and comprehensive testing methodologies (Unit, Widget, Integration, E2E)
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with proven experience working in cross-functional teams
• Solid experience with Android and iOS development environments, tools, and platform-specific considerations
• Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging tools

• Extensive knowledge of Firebase ecosystem (Real-time Database, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Authentication, Analytics)
