CentiMark Ltd./QuestMark Ltd. is looking for a full time Flooring Project Manager in our Kitchener, ON branch. We are looking for reliable and motivate individuals for a rewarding career in the commercial flooring industry.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 base salary + Bonus potential

Job Summary

  • Identify & prospect clients in commercial, industrial and manufacturing sectors
  • Develop strong client relationships by providing tailored solutions and guiding them through the sales process
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pitches to close deals
  • Direct daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and job site inspections before and after installation
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget by managing teams, logistics, and material inventory
  • Recruit, train, and manage installation crews, project managers, and supervisors, providing performance reviews
  • Implement safety procedures and ensure installations meet industry standards
  • Manage operational budgets, forecast costs, and implement strategies for branch growth and profitability
  • Act as a key contact for clients to resolve issues, address complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction


Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ Years commercial flooring experience required - preferably in coatings or concrete polishing
  • Candidate MUST be a current Canadian Citizen
  • Deep understanding of commercial flooring products and installation techniques
  • Ability to resolve technical, logistical, and staffing problems effectively
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong team management and interpersonal skills to motivate crews
  • A valid driver’s license in good standing
