About the role:

We are looking for a proactive analyst experienced with NetSuite and integrated systems to join our team. You’ll be involved in the integration, maintenance, and enhancement of our NetSuite instance, supporting key finance and accounting processes. This role requires a passion for problem-solving, cross-functional teamwork, and learning associated systems like Coupa and Adaptive Planning. You’ll work with an experienced team, helping you grow your career while collaborating with finance, accounting, and other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support accounting processes and maintain the General Ledger and key integrations (Salesforce, Coupa, etc.).
  • Assist in the annual budget process within Adaptive Planning.
  • Design reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy for decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across finance functions (e.g., month-end close, forecasting).
  • Conduct regular system audits, ensuring compliance with SOC audit requirements.
  • Provide first-line support for Finance/Accounting systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage NetSuite customizations, saved searches, and workflows.
  • Ensure system integrity, including schedule adherence and account reconciliation automation.
  • Maintain documentation and train users on system updates.
  • Assist with regular testing, user audits, and compliance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • 3+ years of finance or accounting support experience.
  • Strong experience with NetSuite and integrations.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Compensation for this position ranges from 100,000 CAD - 110,000 CAD dependent upon experience.
