We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and data-driven Financial Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial and other key business data to provide insights into business performance and help drive business decisions. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Monitor and report on key financial and business metrics
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business initiatives
- Other duties as required
What You Bring To The Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, CS, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL (Snowflake), and database design
- Ability to produce datasets & analyses in Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn, etc.)
- Experience creating datasets and visualizations using a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Sigma Compute, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to troubleshoot data challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
