Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and treasury functions.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial documentation standards.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis across departments.
- Partner with leadership to develop financial forecasts and cost management strategies.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project financial performance.
- Lead coordination of external audits and ensure resolution of findings.
- Oversee tax compliance, filings, and financial regulatory reporting.
- Ensure adherence to EPCM’s financial and ethical governance frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance staff to enhance capability.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support ERP optimization and digital finance transformation initiatives.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional designation (CPA or equivalent) is required
- 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within EPCM, industrial, or corporate settings.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
