Job Title: Financial Analyst II

Location: Plano, TX (position is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in-office required)

Position Summary

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and expense management activities. Partners with business leaders to develop budgets, analyze financial performance, prepare business cases, and provide insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate budgeting and planning activities with division leadership.
  • Analyze budget performance, spending trends, and key business drivers.
  • Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and presentations for leadership.
  • Develop cost-benefit analyses (CBAs) and financial models to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and review monthly accruals, expense analyses, and financial forecasts.
  • Review invoices and contracts for proper coding, approvals, and budget compliance.
  • Track, monitor, and report on departmental budgets and financial results.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel and financial systems (e.g., Planning Analytics, Lawson, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business partners.

Salary Range: $66,500.00 - $92,000.00

  • Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
