We're seeking a hands-on, analytical partner who's comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders to foster accountability and efficiency—in a diverse, inclusive environment where all backgrounds drive innovation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Insights & Analysis

  • Own and refine private-cloud and managed-hosting usage models to uncover consumption drivers across Kaseya products and deliver actionable insights.
  • Lead public and private cloud usage analysis, crafting compelling narratives on spend, unit economics, and optimization opportunities.
  • Model and forecast key cloud metrics (e.g., usage, subscriptions, storage/compute growth) to support budgeting, scenario planning, and efficiency gains.
  • Integrate data from cloud systems into clear, actionable consumption stories; identify and build new dashboards or telemetry reports to boost visibility.

Business Partnership & Execution

  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to Cloud Infrastructure, independently advising engineering, infrastructure, procurement, and product teams on financial recommendations.
  • Partner with the CISO organization to manage headcount and non-headcount forecasting, budgeting, planning, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain to optimize Capex investments and inventory levels.
  • Execute core finance processes, including month-end close, forecast updates, and the annual operating plan (AOP).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with direct support for cloud infrastructure (hybrid cloud experience a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL), and handling large/complex datasets.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, EPBCS, or similar ERP/planning tools.
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-growth environments with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines—prioritizing independently and influencing without authority.
  • Comfort engaging all levels of stakeholders, setting objectives, and driving results as a collaborative team player.
