The Role
The Finance Intern will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for helping ensure the smooth operation of regular finance and accounting tasks and supporting company goals.
This individual will interact with a large variety of internal and external stakeholders and will play a critical role in the future growth and success of the finance function and the company.
This role is for a 4 month term beginning May 2026.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating and maintaining financial reports to be used by both internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the day-to-day accounting processes by managing invoices, bills, journal entries, and other payments.
- Supporting the payroll process by running the cycle, calculating commissions and benefits, issuing reimbursements, and other ad hoc changes.
- Maintaining and improving finance and accounting processes.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
What we are looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and desire to work in a fast paced environment.
- Availability to start in May 2026.

Compensation:
Minimum Wage to $23/hr
