Job Description:
What will you work on?
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in ERP implementation with focus on finance, accounting and project management
How will you create impact?
- Assist in requirement gathering, its documentation.
- Support in various data analyses and summarizing the results.
- Identify various data quality issues on finance related master data and recommend remediation.
- Help in talking notes, action items.
- Follow up RAID log items by contacting stakeholders.
- Assist in creating reports and proofreading various project artifacts.
- Contribute to data gathering, validation and identify exceptions
- Support finance project deployment teams as needed.
- Provide updates on assigned tasks and projects.
What are your skills and experience?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products like Teams, Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Familiar with project management tool
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and principles, and project management activities
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Successfully completed a capstone project in one of aeras of record to report, order to cash, procure to pay, ERP implementation or project management.
- Familiar with any financial software or ERP systems like SAP
- Understanding of internal controls and concept of segregation of duties
- Basic knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
- A knack for technology and process improvement.
