We're on the lookout for an engaging and strategic Finance Director to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving financial performance and ensuring that our financial operations align seamlessly with our business goals. Your leadership will inspire a team of finance professionals, guiding them towards excellence in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop the finance team to ensure effective financial planning and analysis processes are in place, promoting best practices across departments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define financial strategies that support the organization's overall mission and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful financial reports that highlight performance trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage budgeting processes while ensuring comprehensive forecasts and analyses that anticipate business needs.
  • Establish financial policies and procedures that promote efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that the finance team serves as a trusted advisor to all departments.
  • Drive initiatives for optimizing cash flow and cost efficiency while supporting strategic growth opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, with a strong background in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of translating numbers into actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
