We are seeking a Finance Analyst to support the continued growth and operational scaling of our finance function. This role sits at the intersection of financial analysis and financial systems, helping ensure that our data, reporting, and processes are accurate, efficient, and scalable. The successful candidate will work closely with the FP&A and accounting teams to analyze SaaS revenue and operational metrics, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and improve financial reporting workflows. In addition, this role will act as a power user of our ERP and financial systems, helping extract and structure data, build reports and dashboards, document processes, and support ongoing system implementations and integrations. This position is ideal for a highly analytical finance professional who enjoys working with data and systems while contributing to a fast-growing SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Revenue Analysis

  • Execute detailed budgetary analysis to track performance against forecasts.
  • Analyze complex, multi-stream SaaS revenue data to identify trends and ensure accurate recognition.
  • Prepare and analyze SaaS metrics on a monthly basis.
  • Extract, manipulate, and format data from NetSuite and subsidiary systems to support the FP&A team's forecasting models.
  • Assist in Board and investor reporting.

Process Standardization & SOP Development

  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all financial analysis and system workflows.
  • Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions to streamline the month-end close and reporting cycles.

System Implementation & AI Readiness

  • Play a key role in supporting the ongoing implementation, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP.
  • Assist in the testing/rollout of all future new financial systems and integrated third-party tools.
  • Clean, normalize, and structure historical and incoming financial data to ensure readiness for the implementation of advanced AI and machine learning financial tools.

Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial systems administration or financial analysis
  • Experience with NetSuite administration and implementation is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of multi-stream SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, Churn) and software revenue recognition principles.
  • Proficiency in data cleaning, normalization to prepare clean datasets for integration of new AI tools.
  • Capability in building NetSuite custom reports, and automated workflows.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to data integrity.
  • Ability to work on multiple implementation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
