Job Description:
The Feature Title Manager will coordinate information and data for domestic and international dub and sub versions for IMAX released movies with various studio partners, clients, vendors and internal departments to meet deadlines for IMAX releases worldwide. This is an on-site position in Sheridan Park, with a shift from 12pm - 9pm EST Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do:

Coordinate versions for domestic and international dub and sub versions for IMAX releases worldwide

Maintain inventory of data delivered and materials needed to complete production and in-house versioning.

Establish priorities for specific versions and share information with team members and management.

Complete bill versioning costs for each title.

Work directly with clients to ensure deadlines are met and clients are satisfied.

Quality check DCPs (Digital Cinema Packages) when needed to ensure all assets pass IMAX’s standards.

Organize checkers and scripts to ensure successful quality checks.

Schedule internal and external quality checks for clients and team members.

Process orders for DCP physical shipments, deliveries, or KDMs.

Help IMAX theatres ensure DCP physical shipments arrive or KDMs are delivered.

Collaborate with team members to develop new methods to expedite production and maintain quality control.
What You'll Need:
-
2+ years of experience in theatrical distribution, logistics, or a related field required.

Entertainment Industry Distribution and/or Post Production experience strongly preferred.

Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated customer service orientation desired, with an approachable and personable outlook.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to organize, prioritize, and successfully manage multiple and shifting tasks, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Adaptable self-starter who can work well with others, take direction, fulfill responsibilities under pressure, and adhere to strict deadlines with limited direct supervision.
