The Executive Vice President will lead a business unit to achieve growth and financial targets through effective strategy implementation, operational excellence, and team development. Responsibilities include providing updates to senior executives and inspiring the team to meet business objectives.
The Executive Vice President (EVP) is responsible for achieving the growth and financial targets of the business unit. Your leadership team will execute the strategies required to achieve your operating targets. Functional areas of the business are sales, support, product development, and operations (support and professional services).
This position can be remote or in any Harris office.
What will be your impact?
- Compassionately steer and inspire the business unit team in order to achieve business targets
- Adapt and implement operational excellence to provide continuous improvement of the business
- Achieve the net revenue growth and EBITA % targets agreed with Senior Executives
- Develop new and existing leaders within the organization
- Provide detailed, quarterly briefings to Harris Healthcare Group Senior Executives on the business unit’s goals, results and strategies across all product lines
- In conjunction with your leadership team, provide monthly business updates to the Harris Healthcare Group Senior Executives
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of ten years’ experience at a senior leadership level
- Minimum of 5 years in the Vertical Market Software
- Must be passionate about success and committed to leading by example
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptionally diligent when expending financial resources
