Summary:
Support high-level executives with daily tasks, scheduling, correspondence, and administrative needs.

Description:

  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Organize meetings and conference calls.
  • Maintain confidential information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000/year
