The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a variety of administrative and executive support tasks with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 3 month contract, with the possibility for extension.

You will:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Handle email correspondence, screen calls, and manage communications on behalf of executives.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

  • Organize and maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.

  • Coordinate and support company events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Perform general administrative duties, such as expense reporting and office management tasks.

  • Handle special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • Experience in a startup (seed or Series A preferred) or a fast-paced environment.

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Office Suite (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
