Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with expertise in marketing and administrative tasks, as well as advanced proficiency in HubSpot management. The ideal candidate will provide high-level support to our executive team while also managing marketing initiatives and optimizing our use of HubSpot to drive business growth. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

  • Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as presentations, newsletters, and social media posts.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.

  • Manage HubSpot CRM platform, including data entry, segmentation, lead scoring, and email automation.

  • Optimize HubSpot workflows and processes to streamline marketing and sales operations and improve efficiency.

  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and HubSpot management, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the executive team.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.

  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including experience with data management, lead nurturing, and email marketing automation.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • HubSpot certification is a plus.
