Your Role as an Executive Assistant:

In this role, you’ll provide critical executive and operational support, ensuring seamless business operations for a dynamic marketing agency. Your responsibilities include:

  • Executive Support:
    Manage emails, coordinate schedules, and provide executive support to senior leadership.
  • Operations Management:
    Prepare and update monthly reports using tools like Asana and Harvest, and assign tasks to streamline workflows.
  • Travel Coordination:
    Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, car rentals, and hotels for team members.
  • Data Management:
    Perform data entry and maintain accurate, organized records across various systems.
  • Design and Marketing Support:
    Create simple graphics (e.g., logos and banners) using Canva, and manage social media content posting (training provided).
  • Client and Team Engagement:
    Coordinate the delivery of appreciation gifts to clients and team members. Assist with LinkedIn outreach and gather insights from potential clients.
  • Website and Social Media Maintenance:
    Update website content and assist with LinkedIn data management to enhance online presence.
  • Back-Up Support:
    Help with client onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: At least 2+ years in executive support or similar roles.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Canva, and Harvest (or willingness to learn).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a professional, approachable tone.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data entry, reporting, and task management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Location: This role is available only to candidates who are based in LATAM or Europe.

  • Competitive Salary: $1,000–$1,100 USD per month, depending on experience.
