You’ll join Coveo at a moment of transformation, supporting our most senior leadership leadership while helping the organization scale. As our Executive Assistant to GTM Leaders, you will:
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and organize travel for 2 to 3 GTM executives across.
  • Proactively handle logistics, expenses and administrative follow-ups with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the planning and execution of key moments such as QBRs, leadership meetings and marketing events.
  • Act as a reliable partner to GTM leaders by anticipating needs, flagging priorities and bringing structure to busy schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations) to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Maintain clear documentation and administrative processes that support consistency and scalability.
  • Build a strong understanding of internal team dynamics, leadership styles and priorities to anticipate needs, facilitate alignment and support effective collaboration.
  • Track and coordinate follow-up actions from customer meetings, events and onsite visits, ensuring clear ownership and timely execution across stakeholders.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and comfort working with confidential information.
  • Ability to work effectively in English, supporting leaders and teams across different regions and time zones.
What will make you stand out:
  • Experience supporting go-to-market, sales or marketing leadership teams.
  • Previous exposure to a shared-services or multi-leader support model.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to remain calm, structured and solutions-oriented in complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Experience supporting follow-ups and action tracking after customer or executive engagements.
