• Prepare briefings, research, and meeting summaries
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Motion, Reclaim, GHL, Airtable to speed up decision-making and execution

• Build systems that scale with speed and clarity

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive or founder
• Fluent in English and Russian

• High emotional intelligence and discretion
• Comfortable with modern tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, Asana, etc.
• Proven ability to handle ambiguity and move fast

Bonus Points:
• Experience in tech startups, VC-backed companies, or venture studios
• Familiarity with investor communication or board-level support
• You’ve implemented AI tools or built internal operating systems
• You want to grow into Chief of Staff or Head of Special Projects

Sardor has been featured in:

• CEO Weekly – “From Immigrant to Industry Leader”
• Mastering Home Services – “4 Secrets to Building a $100M Business”
• Entrepreneur Stories – “Transforming the American Economy One Home at a Time”
