TITLE: Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager
LOCATION: New York City (full time in-office)
SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000
The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager to support our CEO and contribute to the smooth operation of our executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Based in our NYC headquarters, the Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized for business priorities.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and prioritizing commitments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing emails, correspondence, and follow-ups with a high degree of professionalism.
- Plan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and meetings.
- Office management for our NYC office
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and presentations for meetings, ensuring the CEO is equipped with necessary information in advance.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing research, data analysis, and coordination as needed.
- Plan and execute logistics for executive team events, board meetings, and other company-wide engagements.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and procurement requests related to the CEO's office.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Google Calendar
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and travel arrangements.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
