Executive Administrative Assistant

The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded professional who can manage executive priorities while identifying and supporting opportunities for growth, partnerships, and new markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage an executive calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, travel, and events.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between senior leadership, branch managers, clients, and partners.
- Track key action items, strategic initiatives, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in identifying and researching new business opportunities across multiple branches of the company.
- Coordinate proposals, presentations, and client outreach initiatives.
- Help monitor industry trends, upcoming projects, and potential partnership opportunities in architecture, construction, and fabrication sectors.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among various branches of the parent company.
- Track performance metrics and development goals
- Coordinate internal meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions.
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to business development projects.
- Relevant education and/or experience in Business or related field
- Professional verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience with virtual meeting software (e.g., Microsoft teams);
- Highly proficient in Office 365, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
