We are looking for a Product Leader that will focus on scaling and evolving our Briostack and DynaScape products, our solutions for pest control and lawn care professionals. Briostack is an innovative all-in-one pest control and lawn care business management software that scales as customers grow. DynaScape is a flexible solution that helps our customers’ landscape design and build process, along with business management software. 

 

You’re an experienced product leader with a track record of guiding high-growth sales-led and product-led SaaS businesses to the next level. You love building teams and staying hands-on to solve real problems for customers at scale. You’ve demonstrated a proven ability to recruit, lead teams, coach people, launch and improve products iteratively and you’re looking for the next opportunity to advance your career.  

 

You will be given full product management ownership over the Briostack and DynaScape products and you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities while delivering against short-term company revenue goals. You will become a key member of our product leadership team, working alongside other key stakeholders to define and execute the evolution of the product and business expansion plans. Responsibilities:  

  • Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of the business opportunities and challenges that our customers experience every day. Align the Briostack and DynaScape products to meet these opportunities and solve these challenges 

  • Lead product discussions, partnering closely with other leaders across the business to ensure that customer voices are heard, and needs are met. More specifically, collect feedback/talk to customers and leverage this information to drive better product decisions 

  • Create, refine and execute on the product roadmap to increase customer activation, engagement, expansion and retention. 

  • Use MVPs, prototypes, and experiments to learn rapidly and make data-informed decisions 

  • Partner with Engineering to ensure the Product and Engineering teams are working as a cohesive unit focused on building and iterating on customer-centric products 

  • Leverage product analytics and customer research to frame and prioritize initiatives 

  • Identify OKRs to track and measure with a focus on iteration and constant improvement 

  • Create product-led growth experimentation strategy and prioritize focus 

  • Lead and coach a product and design team 

 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • 7+ years of product management experience in high-growth SaaS and/or mobile apps and/or Fintech environments 

  • Customer obsessed and passionate about discovering and understanding customer insights 

  • Bias for action and a strong test & iterate approach focused on driving usage and revenue growth 

  • Experience with SaaS product conversion optimization 

  • Solid business analysis skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor and motivate team members 

  • Able to generate quantitative insights both by yourself by leveraging analytics tools (like Heap) and by working closely with the product analytics team 

  • Must be comfortable in high-accountability, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous work situations and must thrive in change 

  • Strong initiative, keen attention to detail, and complex problem-solving abilities Experience in Agile development methodologies 

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to model and manage the products’ growth trajectory as well as the ability to identify and evaluate new product and market opportunities 

  • Demonstrated ability to empower others to drive autonomously towards a greater goal 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Experience building products in the home improvement /home services industry is a plus 

 

 

Where:  
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada or the USA – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 CAD per year in most Canadian locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
