EverPro is seeking a Manager of Growth & Market Strategy to directly support the General Manager of Service Fusion. This role will act as an extension of the GM—helping translate strategic priorities into execution across the business while ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress against key initiatives. 
 
This individual will work closely with functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations This person needs to execute plans as well as support the creation of and decision-making around those plans through research, business analysis, and deep understanding of and empathy with our customer base. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level. 
 
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment—someone who can connect the dots across teams, identify gaps, and drive initiatives forward without direct authorty. 

Responsibilities: 

1. GM Support & Business Execution 

  • Act as a strategic and operational partner to the GM, supporting execution of key business priorities 

  • Help translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable plans across functional teams 

  • Track progress against strategic initiatives and ensure follow-through on commitments 

  • Prepare materials, insights, and recommendations to support critical business decisions. 

2. Cross-Functional Alignment & Accountability 

  • Attend cross-functional leadership meetings to ensure alignment with business priorities 

  • Identify gaps, risks, or misalignment across teams and proactively drive resolution 

  • Ensure initiatives have clear ownership, timelines, and success metrics 

  • Drive follow-ups and accountability across teams to ensure execution stays on track 

3. Strategic Initiative Management 

  • Coordinate and drive execution of key growth initiatives 

  • Maintain a centralized view of strategic priorities, milestones, and performance 

  • Support planning processes including monthly reviews and quarterly planning 

  • Help prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource constraints 

4. Market, Industry & Competitive Insights 

  • Conduct or support research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics 

  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights for leadership 

  • Support evaluation of growth opportunities (pricing, packaging, positioning) 

  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and market shifts 

5. Performance Tracking & Business Insights 

  • Develop and maintain reporting on key business metrics and strategic initiatives 

  • Analyze performance across acquisition, retention, and expansion 

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations 

  • Support executive-level reporting and business reviews 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • 4–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, growth, or consulting roles 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Operations teams 

  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives in a matrixed environment 

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business case development 

  • Experience with Systems including CRMs, Billing, Reporting to accurately pull data for analysis

  • Strong project and program management skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 

  • Ability to synthesize data and business context into insights 

  • ​Ability to work across teams without direct authority 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills 

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication 

  • Comfortable preparing materials for senior leadership 

Where: 
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $167,000 to $195,000 CAD per year.  Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
