About the Opportunity:

As an Events & Webinar Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of our webinars, along with supporting our large-scale events and field marketing events. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will help create engaging experiences, manage logistics, and ensure seamless execution for presenters, attendees, and internal stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop in the dynamic field of marketing while contributing to impactful events that support our business goals.

Primary responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Global Webinar Program Management

  • Strategy & Planning: Own the yearly Global Webinar Calendar, collaborate on topics aligned with business objectives, and manage all presenter and internal stakeholder coordination.

  • Logistics & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end management of webinar platforms, including setup, live technical support, troubleshooting, and pre-event rehearsals to ensure a seamless virtual experience.

  • Promotion & Reporting: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across channels, and monitor key metrics (registration, attendance, performance) for regular reporting and strategy refinement.

  • Content Development: Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, create, and edit presentation materials, ensuring all content is on-brand, visually appealing, and engaging for the target audience.

  • Post-Event Follow-Up & Reporting: Manage all post-event activities, including lead data sharing with RevOps for scoring, coordinating follow-up emails and recording distribution, and monitoring performance metrics for strategy refinement.

  • Event Support: Provide essential logistical and execution support for Docebo-owned large-scale conferences, including Inspire, RKO, and PKO, helping to ensure a successful and high-quality attendee experience.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with sales, growth marketing, and creative teams to execute events that effectively drive pipeline and elevate our corporate brand presence.

What it takes to be successful:

  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

  • They excel at managing multiple, complex projects (from virtual webinars to physical events) in a fast-paced environment.

  • A strong technical aptitude to manage webinar platforms and event tools is essential for effective troubleshooting and event execution.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

  • A creative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly are key attributes for success in this role.

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in the tech/SaaS industry.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent event types (virtual and in-person).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in webinar platforms and event/marketing tools (e.g., Zoom, Cvent, HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Experience in technical troubleshooting during live virtual and in-person events.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets).

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality event experiences.
