The Role


#paid is looking for an Events Intern to support our events team in planning and executing brand activations, industry conferences, and partner events. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in event logistics, sponsorship coordination, and vendor management while working with top industry brands like TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the events team with day-to-day planning and execution
  • Research and source vendors, venues, and event materials
  • Manage meeting bookings, calendars, and prepare agendas
  • Take detailed notes in meetings and circulate action items
  • Provide on-site event support (travel required) — setup, check-ins, and coordination
  • Maintain internal documents, timelines, and task lists
  • Assist with sponsorship materials and partner recap decks
  • Conduct industry, competitor, and event research

Key projects

  • Partnership Event Activations – Support event ideation, logistics, and execution for activations with TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, and more
  • Industry Events (e.g., Cannes) – Assist in pre-event planning and on-site execution for North American events
  • Creator Marketing Summit (October 2025) – Help with planning, logistics, sponsorships, and vendor coordination

Who you are

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A quick learner with a “no task too small” attitude
  • Excellent communicator with strong note-taking skills
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel for events (within North America)
  • Bonus: Experience with Canva, Notion, Slack, or Salesforce
