Job Description: Field Marketing Manager (NA- based)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing our company's participation in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and other industry events, as well as online webinars. You will work closely with the channel partner program, as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of these events and drive lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a region-specific event marketing plan that aligns with the company strategy and the regional sales strategy and its business objectives. Focus on initiating and accelerating new Logo pipeline deals.

• Conduct research to identify relevant associations, trade shows, exhibitions, and events that target our desired market and audience.

• Collaborate with HQ marketing team, local sales managers and executives to define the event strategy and requirements.

• Proactively plan and execute against the marketing calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated event activities.

• Plan and host online and offline regional events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships.

• Manage the budget for events, ensuring expenses are within budget and maintaining a detailed breakdown of all event-related expenses.

• Identify speaking opportunities and track deadlines for event submissions.

• Determine materials needed for each event, including displays, giveaways, and collateral.

• Handle logistics for shows, including shipping, handling, cleaning, electricity, and lead retrieval.

• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.

• Drive lead generation efforts by coordinating pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns, such as email campaigns, social media promotions, and targeted outreach.

• Prepare and complete all show profiles, product listings, and website listings with the appropriate messaging.

• Coordinate the creation of videos, if needed, and ensure the availability of necessary audiovisual equipment.

• Provide leads list to the online marketing team, assign salespersons, and ensure proper integration with the system. 

• Support channels marketing activities 

• Adhere to global brand marketing standards and operate in a scalable manner.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Filed Marketing roles, with a focus on event management and sales enablement. 

• Experience in accomplishing end-to-end marketing events/ virtual events, including planning, and executing field marketing campaigns, generating pipeline and strengthening customer relationships.

• Exceptional project management skills, as well as written and oral communication skills.

• Highly detail oriented as well as organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.

• Detail-oriented and metric-driven.

• Confident with a dynamic personality.

• Considerable travel within North and Latin America
