We are currently seeking an ETF Analyst to join our ETF Sales & Strategy team. In this role, the successful candidate is expected to collaborate and support the ETF Team in advancing ETF sales opportunities, providing analytical support, creating and maintaining marketing materials, helping with the creation and rationalization of the ETF lineup, all with the goal of growing the CI ETF business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • The role will support the regional sales teams and their clients on all ETF inquiries
  • Be a key component in the overall ETF strategy and growth of the ETF business
  • Responding to requests from sales teams regarding ETF related inquires, such as but not limited to, fund comparisons, portfolio attribution, analytics, and product and general ETF knowledge.
  • Meet regularly with key internal and external stakeholders to develop business reports
  • Building CI’s ETF brand and presence through in-depth analysis of CI ETF products and providing high quality of analytics and services
  • Help build upon and commercialize CI’s ETF brand and presence in Canada
  • Assist in creating high quality slide decks and other marketing materials for broader use by management, the sales team and clients
  • Work with marketing on ETF specific campaigns and sales promotional tools 
  • ETF Flows and data reporting to key stakeholders
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, acting as a general utility player as needed

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Keen ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions
  • Experience in an investment or product environment is an asset
  • Relevant undergraduate degree, CFA enrollment/ designation is preferred
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Strong technology skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Morningstar Direct
  • Works well under pressure, prioritizes effectively and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
