As an ESG & CSR Intern, you will assist in research, development, and implementation of sustainability programs and CSR initiatives while collaborating with teams to integrate goals into business strategies.
About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven ESG & CSR Intern to join our team within the ESG department. This role is perfect for a Master’s level student with a strong interest in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. As an ESG & CSR Intern, you will work closely with our team to support sustainability projects, analyze ESG performance metrics, assist in the development of CSR strategies, and contribute to initiatives that promote responsible business practices and positive social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and sustainability initiatives.
- Support the preparation of ESG and CSR reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG and CSR goals into business strategies and operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability, environmental impact, and social engagement.
- Engage with stakeholders to support CSR projects and foster positive community and environmental outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry developments, sustainability trends, and regulatory changes to support ESG strategy and reporting.
About You:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field required. Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategies, and sustainability practices.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, or TCFD) and data analysis tools.
- Experience with market research, stakeholder engagement, and ESG performance metrics.
- Knowledge of corporate sustainability strategies, environmental impact assessments, and CSR program implementation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
