Position Overview
The Endeavour Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating complex projects within the Endeavour SylogistGov. Portfolio. This position requires a dynamic leader with exceptional project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, ensuring successful completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget for Endeavour initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute project objectives, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior leadership and clients.
- Ensure projects adhere to organizational standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and integrating feedback into future projects.
- Identify and nurture potential project opportunities with existing clients.
- Review of contracts and identifying out of scope items that require discussion with Clients
- Manage Project budgets and invoicing
- Identify opportunities where AI-driven insights or automation can improve project efficiency, decision-making, and client outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification or currently working towards this certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in the Gov Tech sector or related industry.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary & Benefits
- The total compensation for this role is $110,000 to $135,000, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
