Who You Will Work With:

This vacant ERM Risk Program, Lead (Corporate Third Party) position will report to our Leader, Risk Governance and Operational Risk Management.

The Enterprise Risk Management Program Lead, Corporate Third-Party supports the development, execution and continuous improvement of the Third-Party Risk Management program (TPRM) and Framework within the Second Line. This role is responsible for operationalizing TPRM policies, performing oversight and challenge of third-party risk activities and assessments, maintaining reporting and analytics, and supporting program maturity across the 3-year TPRM Roadmap.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the TPRM Framework, Standards, and Procedures.

  • Perform second-line oversight and challenge of third-party assessments and risk ratings.

  • Maintain third party risk inventory, dashboards, and performance metrics.

  • Support integration of TPRM processes with Strategic Sourcing, Data, Security, IT, Privacy and Legal.

  • Coordinate risk reporting for the Risk Advisory Committee and Management Risk Committees.

  • Support tool configuration, data validation, and monitoring automation.

  • Lead training and awareness efforts across the organization

  • Support other enterprise risk assessment programs as needed.

What You Bring:  

  • 6–10 years of experience in third-party, operational, or enterprise risk management.

  • Solid understanding of OSFI B-10 and vendor risk lifecycle management.

  • Experience operationalizing risk frameworks and reporting programs.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • CTPRP, CTPRA, or CRMP certifications preferred.

  • A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify emerging risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • A relevant degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field (professional designations such as CRMP, CERA, CIA, or CPA are considered assets).

  • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.

The hiring range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000 , and you will also be eligible for our short-term incentive plan. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, but Interac’s commitment goes beyond compensation.
