Your Mission


We are seeking a motivated apprentice to join our team as a Digital Business Apprentice (EFZ) with the goal of completing a vocational baccalaureate (Berufsmaturität). Integrated into our product teams, you will focus on structuring and developing improved digital processes. Your main responsibilities include analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data and information.


Additionally, you will rotate across different teams with varying responsibilities to gain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse roles in this dynamic field.

Your Responsibilities

  • You analyze existing processes and develop optimization proposals
  • You analyze data and information, interpreting the results
  • You create high-quality visualizations and presentations for your target audience
  • You administer and optimize various digital tools and applications
  • You collaborate with internal specialists, coordinating workflows and project steps
  • You support digital solution implementations by developing training materials and user documentation
  • You contribute your own ideas and lead your own projects
  • You learn to understand and incorporate cultural, ethical, and diverse perspectives into your work

Academic Requirements
