About Common Good

Common Good is a fast-growing, ethical marketing agency based in Burnaby’s vibrant Brentwood area, just steps from the SkyTrain and surrounded by cafes, shops, and an energetic community. Our mission is simple: empower charities and non-profits to achieve their fundraising goals through purpose-driven strategies. We build meaningful connections, helping our charity partners manage extensive donor databases.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Common Good team, you’ll:

  • Lead direct residential sales campaigns that share our purpose-driven vision.
  • Execute impactful fundraising campaigns and exceed targets.
  • Build long-term donor relationships and help foster sustainable fundraising efforts.
  • Embrace your entrepreneurial spirit to inspire creativity and drive results in sales strategies.
  • Deliver consistent outcomes that fuel both your success and the causes you support.
What We’re Looking For
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to inspire and raise brand awareness.
  • Clean Criminal Record Check.
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm.
  • Previous experience in sales or fundraising is a plus, but not required—we value passion and drive.
