Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic enterprise sales professional to join our North American team to help grow and operationalize our enterprise program. You have ideally been working in business development within the technology and financial services sector and understand complex deal cycles. You will be given the platform, direction and products to be successful, but you will also bring your own contacts and ideas to the role. You will have responsibility to grow the enterprise business line.

OFX NA has offices across North America with offices in Toronto, Edmonton, and San Francisco.

OFX supports a hybrid working arrangement (working remotely is highly supported however this role will be required to be available to work from the local office as required i.e. a minimum of once per week or as needed to meet the needs of the client group. Ability to travel on occasion (i.e. 1-2 times annually) within NA is required.

The Enterprise Sales Manager for Strategic Integrated Partnerships at OFX is responsible for driving sales and acquiring new business by establishing and nurturing executive relationships with enterprise targets. This role focuses on strategic thinking and collaboration with senior professionals and their teams, particularly within financial institutions, financial services platforms, global commerce firms, and companies requiring integrated financial solutions including FX, cross-border payments, SaaS, card, and other domestic financial products. The ideal candidate will leverage internal and external resources to ensure cohesive account strategies and contribute to the overall success of OFX.

What You'll Do

  • Establish Executive Relationships: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with new enterprise targets. Inspire strategic thinking related to OFX's comprehensive product offerings among senior professionals and their teams.
  • Drive Sales Initiatives: Focus on acquiring new business through targeted sales initiatives. Identify and engage potential partners to promote OFX's solutions including FX, cross-border payments, Accounts Payable/Accounts Recievable and expense management
  • Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with the Head of Enterprise and other team members to coordinate cohesive account strategies and action plans for specific clients. Collaborate effectively to achieve collective goals.
  • Enhance Client Experience: Coordinate all aspects of the client experience based on client requirements and OFX sales targets. Ensure a positive and recurring client experience.
  • Leverage Corporate Assets: Utilize corporate assets such as marketing events, partners, and channels to engage clients appropriately and enhance relationships.
  • Prepare for Client Meetings: Research and prepare for client meetings by understanding their pain points in finance, product, and treasury. Tailor communications to address business needs as part of the solution engineering process, engaging internal expertise as necessary.
  • Generate Revenue: Build a new revenue opportunities pipeline by identifying new channels and additional business needs that OFX solutions can address. Promote the value and uniqueness of OFX's offerings and create opportunities to cross-sell into additional finance-related stakeholders within client accounts.
  • Utilize CRM Systems: Accurately and systematically document and record relevant information in Salesforce.com in near real-time. Provide weekly updates, monthly projections, and quarterly committed forecasts of sales activity and volume to monitor overall success.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring: 

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record of establishing executive-level relationships and managing enterprise accounts, preferably within financial institutions, financial services platforms, or ERP/accounting eco-system.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of integrated financial solutions including FX, cross-border payments, SaaS, card, and other payments products.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to inspire and engage clients at the executive level.
  • Collaborative Approach: Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and address complex business needs.
  • Innovative Mindset: Creative and proactive approach to identifying new revenue opportunities and addressing client needs.
  • Partnership Expertise: Experience in forming partnerships within the ERP/accounting space and embedded finance sectors, understanding how these integrate with financial products.

The salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 CAD. Exact salary offered will be dependent on multiple factors including level of experience, job-related knowledge, skills, work location, etc. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a variable bonus and/or commission. As part of the compensation package, benefits are also offered for all full-time roles and part-time roles working a minimum of 24 hours a week.
